Mindfulness has become quite ubiquitous nowadays and can be found promoted through anything from small community festivals to the largest of corporations.
Mindfulness in leadership has a real role in the transformation of relationships in the workplace, and in the commitment of both management and employees to ‘walk the talk’ en route to a more conscious workplace.
This workshop is designed to enhance leadership scope and practices. Through increasing self-awareness, improving the know-how and implementation of interpersonal and cross-team communication, this five hour intensive hands-on training strengthens personal and organisational effectiveness as well as elevate collaborative standards.
You will leave with:

How to explore one’s own ‘auto-pilot’ patterns
How to deal effectively with similar patterns in others.
- Enhanced Collaboration
Learn to build significance within your team
Learn to create connection with colleagues across teams and cultures
Learn to skilfully give and receive feedback
Learn techniques to minimise defensiveness and maximise learning and development
A delicious lunch is included in this workshop.
